Floral card

I made this card using the Joanna Sheen Jane Shasky CD and attached matching flowers with a gem.  I used a pretty font for the sentiment and name and matched the colours to the image.  It is layered on silver mirror board.

Book Easel card with Box

I made this card using a Glitter Girls Keepsake Bookatrix board and the box with the Ultimate Pro.  I used a CD for the images and printed the sentiments and names using my PC.  I glittered the names and embellished the card with ribbon and gems.  The pages in the book are all decorated and have images on them.

RHS Calendar

I made this calendar as a folding easel so that it goes flat for sending, but stands using the calendar as a stopper.   I used Joanna Sheen's RHS CD Rom set for the images and backing papers, attaching a skeleton leaf and gem for a little embellishment.  The base card is Centura Pearl Card.

Plane (but not too plain?) Card

A card made for my Father-in-law and the childrens' Grandad:

I used the images from My Craft Studio and a font that I downloaded to match.  I used a backing paper, a paper ribbon and a topper which I edged with deckle scissors.  I kept this one quite simple and not fussy.

Girl's Teddy Card

I made this card using the Do Crafts CD Rom Tatty Teddy (Me to You).  I used a patterned paper and layered the image onto Mirror board, which I embossed using my Cuttlebug machine and an embossing folder.  I cut and embossed the polka mirror board into an oval using an embossing board.  I used the Dimension Stamps for the name, colouring with promarkers and glazing.  I finished with a gem.

Mothers Day Card

I made this card using stamps from Creative Expressions, drawn by Sheena Douglass, and the ducks were from Joanna Sheen's Giordano range.  I stamped the images of the Kingfisher, fence, house, water ripples and ducks, then used watercolour pan paints to paint the images.  I mounted this onto Centura Pearl Card.

Book Easel and Box

This is a Book Easel card I made, using the Glitter Girls Keepsake Bookatrix board and a Stamposaurus Butterfly Stamp.  I stamped the image of the butterfly and coloured in using promarkers, then I created a backing paper using the stamp and used inside the card.  I made the box using the Crafters Companion Ultimate Pro and then added further stamped butterflies and sentiments to complete the pages of the book.  It is an easel card, so the inside is decorated, there is a small card inside for a personal message to be written and it stands independently by resting on the raised stopper.

Cards

I made this card for my Mum and my childrens' Grandmother:
I used the My Craft Studio design software to personalise the card with the names and decoupaged the boat and mat/layered on the card using mirror board.  I have used bakers twine on top of the ribbon border and tied a nautical knot with bakers twine for an embellishment on the top of the card.

Flower Fairy Card:

I used the Crafters Companion Flower Fairies CD for the image and backing paper.  I added a little glitter to the fairy and matted onto mirror board.  I placed a glitter strip behind the image and embellished with a gem and a punched flower and added a sentiment.  I added some more gold with peel-offs to frame the image.

Flower Fairy Card:

I used the Crafters Companion Flower Fairy CD again for this lovely fairy image and added glitter to her wings.  I matted onto mirror board onto a matching backing sheet and added flowers coloured with matching promarkers.

Card for a 9-year old who likes horses:

I made this card using images from My Craft Studio CDs and Dimension Stamps Alphabets.  I punched the flower embellishments from the papers to match the colours and matted and layered using patterned papers and gold mirror board.  Glitter and glaze were added to the name.
